Once again this year I had a wonderful birthday - along with the Heart Attack the Young Women did.
Jason and Sharon brought me cup cakes when they arrived to take me out for lunch on my Birthday. They were nice and put the candles backwards. I feel 25 even though that's not quite my real age anymore.
Their card was a purrrrfect!
Because I am officially a grandma --- to their cat, which by the way is named Baby.
They took me to lunch to Chili's Grill and Bar Restaurant. It was yummy, but I hate, HATE them spending money on me - I know I need to Chill - ax. Thanks Jason and Sharon for a wonderful day. We then watch a few movies they brought.
I was spoiled by lots of other people.
The bath gel, lotion and scrubber were from my visiting teacher - Carla
This nice card was from my Relief Society Presidency. Awe - feeling sooo loved!
Don and Fran (one of my customers) gave me this card along with the butterfly box full of chocolates and a white primrose plant.
These are the fun birthday wishes I received on facebook along with lots and lots of phone calls:
From Jason's dad, Lawrence: Happy birthday Sondra. Hope you have a great day!!!
From Robyn my niece: Happy birthday! Hope all your birthday wishes come true!
From my Mom: GOOD TALKING THIS MORNING HOPE YOUR DAY HAS BEEN A GOOD ONE (who uses capital letters because she's old and doesn't understand it is shouting).
From Rhonda (and Richard): Happy birthday. It was great talking to you yesterday. Can't wait to see you in a few weeks!
From my sister Cindy: Have the Happiest birthday ever!!! Sorry I didn't get a card in the mail to you. Your the best sister!!!
From Sharon: Happy birthday! Hope you had fun!
(disclaimer, I don't really "do" facebook. I only follow or let follow my my family members (32) people. I also don't have my birthday listed on facebook so their isn't a prompt to let others know it's my birthday. It really is surprising that I get any bithday wishes at all.)
