Every year these actors do a better job as they are growing up. Romance blossoms between Ginny and Harry. Ron is VERY funny with his love potion, and the girl stalker - aaaahhh the romance and comedy really kept me smiling and laughing through the movie. I wanted more kissing or snogging as they put it (a new word to making out) between Ginny and Harry - but you only get one little kiss.... Cute! .
It's quite the tangled teenage web; the element of magic, with its love potions and other mind-altering concoctions, complicates matters.
But in the end - he arose as the hero (quite tricky on Harry's part).
Draco Malfoy sure has grown and now dressed entirely in black. His is given an assignment from Voldemort to help the Death Eaters enter Hogwart. His rage and resentment make him a perfect pawn for Voldemort. He played the villain perfectly - with the aid of Snape.
This is the young Voldemort - quite the evil little fellow. It was very interesting to see him as he grew up - Scary!!! He should be stopped!!!
This is my favorite movie. I loved the romance, comedy, potions and mystery surrounding the movie. At least Dumbledore seemed to work with Harry in this one and not ignore him. I was startled at one point and Brady held my hand -LOL!
I haven't read the last one -- but started last night. I need to know what comes next!!
It's an awesome movie. I just hope with a new director in charge of "New Moon" that it will be at least half as good as the Harry Potter movies. I hope, I hope, I hope it is better then "Twilight" was for me. I can't wait for November. Edward is still my heart throb - but Harry is just a better put together movie.
This makes me more anxious to see it. Maybe I'll have to go alone!
ReplyDeleteThanks for posting. I love your blog.
I am not a big Harry Potter fan...I think I have seen all of the other movies...I have also read the last few pages of the last book so I know how everything ends! Hurry New Moon...I can't wait!
ReplyDeleteI've read all the books but not seen all the movies since they have been a disappointment to me in the past. I might have to make an exception and see this one. Guess I better take my hubby though so I will have a hand to hold- and if I don't like it- we could just do some snogging. :)
ReplyDeleteMy son works at our local theater and I can see any movie for free! I haven't been to see this one yet! I feel like I need to rent and watch the others so I'm completely ready for it.
ReplyDeleteYou make it sound so GOOD! Maybe I'll just go - then try to catch up later.
Robyn - you crack me up! I agree with Robyn actually; read all the books, but not seen all of the movies since I LOVE the books way more. I am, however, anxiously awaiting New Moon. I am interested to see how much Edward is in it!
ReplyDeleteI am happy that you loved it so much! That makes me happy!
ReplyDeleteHarry Potter is a DVD show for me.. I'm not even sure I saw the last one? My whole family LOVES the potter so much that they all saw the midnight showing! It was fun for me to tease them about their potter-nerdiness since Iget teased for my twilight nerdiness..:)
Believe it or not.. I'm even a bit torn about New Moon. Don't get me wrong--I'm having a party and all but I'm not sure I want to sit in the theatre and listen to girls scream everytime Jacob comes on the screen.. :)
Thanks for your sweet thoughts on my blog. I feel very fortunate to have such good friends. ~ Thanks for being so great! :)
Saw it today and loved it!
ReplyDeleteIt was such a long movie but it felt like it was about 15 minutes.
