Cream Cheese (room temperature)
Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/4 cup lemon Juice
1 tsp Vanilla
Cream the room temperature Cream Cheese with mixer until it is nice and creamy.
Add the sweetened condensed milk and mix until nice and creamy.
Add the lemon juice and vanilla. Mix well for several minutes.
Put in a graham cracker crust and chill.
This is one of our favorite desserts - and it really EASY!
I can't believe this looks so good to me after all of the sugar I have had this weekend!!!
