My New Car

I have been saving like mad again to purchase another car. I finally saved enough to purchase this 2004 Dodge Neon with cash.

I really love our red Dodge Neon and thought I'd just get another one.
It has 71,000 miles on it. I purchased it for $4500. A pretty good deal. I took it by my mechanic to have him check it out and they thought it was a good car for that price.
Here are our 2 Dodge Neon's side by side. Now Brady can take the red one to college and to start his new live in SLC, and I'm the proud owner of a Dodge Neon too. It's always a little scary to purchase a used car, but I'm sure it will serve me well. Best of all it is paid for in cash!

You are such a hard worker and a wonderful example of thrift! I'm glad you were able to get a new car. Hope you're enjoying it lots. :)

There are indeed risks when purchasing secondhand cars, but I'm pleased to hear that you brought your trusted mechanic along to check it before making the purchase. That's one thing to ensure that you're getting your money's worth. By the way, it looks cute how the two of you own the same car model. :)

It has seventy-one thousand miles on it, and you had it for forty-five-hundred dollars? That’s a good deal, indeed! Usually, the price is only ideal for more than a hundred thousand miles, which is not good because it might need large repair. That’s a good find, though.

That is a great looking car. Black has always been my favorite for cars. I feel like it makes them look much younger and they age better with it. I suppose the same is probably true for white. I feel like the others get dated. They seem to change the color slightly every year so that can be confusing too.
