Motivational Monday: "A Child is a Mirror"

We have been so anxious to give our children what we didn't have that we have neglected to give them what we did have.  ----Author Unknown

A Child is a Mirror

"A child is a mirror.
A mirror that reflects happiness, or the lack of it, in the home.
To improve the image that is seen in their mirror, parents must shoulder their God-given responsibilities.
Their job cannot be shifted to the Church, the school, or social agencies; these organizations can assist but they cannot, and should not, supplant the work of the parents.
Neither school nor counseling agency would usurp the parents' place as family head, but both organizations can work together to help family problems.
