No Heat!

We woke up this morning to a cold house. I just hate that! That means I had to get a fire built and a repairman called. Luckily they were able to come this morning and get my furnace fixed. Unfortunately it was a VERY expensive part. $629 dollars later and I have heat again.

Luckily I can still work today and make some money :-D..... And luckily I have money in savings too - although it's getting smaller by the second and right after Christmas.. It is a hard hit.

Thank you YMC man for fixing my furnace so we have heat again.

Yikes...glad they fixed it quickly! Bummer on the big bucks though.

That's great that you have money in savings to cover it. It just reminds us all why it is so important to have a financial reserve, just in case of an emergency.

I know EXACTLY how you feel!

We just barely had a HUGE blessing happen ( I will post about later.. ) and we have money RIGHT NOW to re-do a bathroom. I kid you not.. everyday since we got the money.. something breaks.

We use our fireplace stove in the basement almost every day ( except for when the air quality is bad ) anyways... the other Day.. Chad accidentally shut the door on a log that was sticking out.. and it cracked the glass..bad. :(

I got an estimate yesterday to repair the glass.. and it was $61.00 or $250.00. I swear.. we WANT to save.. and it dissapears!

Grateful your heat is restored.. and you have SOME kind of savings!

BTW: Thank you for writing such nice things yesterday. It meant alot. :)
