Meat Ring - Not Loaf
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
3/4 oatmeal or cracker crumbs
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 beaten egg
3/4 cup milk
Sauce: 1/3 Cup Ketchup
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon mustard

Put all the ingredients in the bowl. I am using oatmeal instead of cracker crumbs to rotate my food storage supply. (Oop's I didn't beat the egg - oh well)

Mix well.

Put in a bunt cake pan, or you can mold into a round pan, leaving a hole in the center. That way it cooks all the way through and you don't have to worry about it not fully cooking.

Mix the sauce of ketchup, brown sugar and mustard.

Spread sauce over meat and cook for 1 hour at 350 degrees.

Done and serve!

This is our favorite meatloaf! I have never made any other kind. I have never seen it in a ring, but I'm sure it tastes the same.
Yummy! It's one of our favorites!
