Recipe for Easy Lemon Pork Chops
Easy..... Lemon Pork Chops
4 pork loin or rib chops, about 3/4 inch thick
4 thin onion slices
4 thin lemon slices
4 tablespoons packed brown sugar
4 tablespoons catsup
Sprinkle both sides of pork chops with salt. Place pork chops in ungreased shallow baking pan or dish. Top each pork chop with onion slice.
Top each onion slice with a lemon slice.
Top each lemon slice with a tablespoon with packed brown sugar.
Top the brown sugar with a tablespoon of catsup.
